How many airports are located in Dallas?
Dallas is home to 2 international airports; DFW Airport and Dallas Love Field. DFW is 18 miles west of downtown Dallas and Dallas Love Field is 5 miles from downtown Dallas. All major airlines fly in and out of DFW. Dallas Love Field caters specifically to Southwest Airlines, Continental Airlines and chartered flights. Dallas is also home to 2 executive airports to accommodate corporate jets, helicopters and private planes; Dallas Executive Airport and Addison Airport.
Is there traffic in Dallas?
Yes! When making decisions about the right transportation for your meeting or event it is important to consider rush hour traffic in the DFW area. 7:30am to 9:30am and 3:00pm to 7:00pm Monday through Friday.
What transportation options are available to and from the Airports?
Dallas does not have an underground subway system or above ground train that goes to the area’s largest airport. The only mode of transportation is by vehicle. We highly recommend using our full service transportation and logistics team to ensure that you are your group are where you need to be and always on time. From sedans, small buses, limousines, & chartered buses, we can ensure that you will arrive to your destination in Dallas and we’ll get you back home!

There are 55 beautiful luxury, boutique, and business hotels within a 5 miles radius of downtown. Go an extra 3 miles and you have an additional 78 properties. From the Ritz Carlton, W Hotel Victory Park, The Magnolia Hotel, the Hilton Anatole, Dallas has a plethora of sleeping rooms and meeting rooms for your event.

Is it safe to walk around downtown Dallas in the evening?
Dallas is actually made up of small unique neighborhoods, which gives it its charm and diverse appeal. Downtown Dallas, Uptown, Knox Henderson, Highland Park, and Addison are very safe to walk through at night. We do not recommend that people walk alone. Always stay in a group!
How large or small of a group will Destination Creative take?
We will manage your corporate meeting planning and destination management needs for 1 or 1,000. No group is too large or too small.
Does Destination Creative have the ability to book hotel rooms, air travel, ground transportation & entertainment / dining?
Yes! We are a full service CMP / DMC at your service!
Does Destination Creative take Credit Cards?
YES! American Express, MasterCard & Visa are all accepted and we do not charge credit card fees!
Can Destination Creative add my company as an additional insured?
Yes! We cover limited liability insurance and are able to present you with a Certificate of Insurance.
